This modern and technology-based research and insights agency is looking to revolutionise survey and quantitative data. Doing so by using unique platforms to deliver instant insights into consumer behaviour to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

As an Associate Director, you will take a hands-on, proactive management approach to key clients, including establishing requirements, overseeing, managing, and working within projects and insight production, with the overall aim of telling stories with data. You will also be commercially involved, building meanigful relationships with existing clients, and helping close the gap between their brand and audiences. This is a great opportunity for an Associate Director to join a rapidly growing agency, working on projects from brand tracking, campaign evaluation to product innovation.

Key duties

• As an Associate Director, you will play a key part in selecting the appropriate research methodology and supporting projects to meet client needs
• Developing data efficiently and correctly
• Updating platforms, checking results and making judgments, presenting results to clients in an engaging and insightful way
• Collaborating with the wider team to quality check projects as well as effectively mentoring junior members

Skills & Experience

• Excellent understanding and experience working with quantitative research or data analysis
• Work well in a team as well as independently on tasks
• Great organisational skills
• Experience working with tools such as SPSS, Python or R
