As Associate Director, you will creatively interpret human behaviour within the media world and offer bespoke solutions to the world's biggest brands.

KEY DUTIES

• You will confidently liaise with senior stakeholders, providing them with exceptional, story-led outputs that fulfil their commercial objectives
• Lead on multiple innovative ad-hoc projects, fully managing insight studies from inception through to delivery
• Own key client accounts and establish effective day to day relationships
• As Associate Director, encourage and develop junior researchers by sharing experiences and cultivating new talent
• Actively seek new business by writing winning proposals and endeavour to evolve existing methods and offer new ways of thinking

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Have proven experience within an insights driven environment with an ability to adapt to a range of client types and categories of research
• Demonstrable expertise with qualitative methodologies and able to collaborate with mixed methods teams
• Able to write compelling proposals and identify potentially growth opportunities

• Strong project management skills with an excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise work, and manage several tasks simultaneously
