Are you passionate about understanding the world of consumers and utilising insights that allow clients to make confident business decisions? This is your chance to work with some of the largest client portfolios in the agency on innovative Market Strategy and Understanding projects.

As an Associate Director, you will join one of the largest and most-known Market Research agencies worldwide, contributing to their success and driving it further. Managing projects focused on brand positioning, consumer segmentations and maximising business potential, this is a great opportunity for a Quantitative specialist to develop further whilst sharing their knowledge with others.

Key duties

• Deliver and achieve the business growth plan for the existing main client portfolio, strengthening client relationships through the delivery of accurate and insightful data
• As an Associate Director, you will also lead, coach, and support other team members
• Deliver end-to-end quantitative research, from set-up, design, and reporting
• Develop and manage ad-hoc opportunities alongside longitudinal work through the design of innovative proposals and pitches

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record working in an agency or similar environment, with the ability to act as a main client contact
• Strong experience in quantitative research, alongside team management
• Ability to build great relationships with clients
• demonstrate strong commercial drive, understanding factors that improve business success
