THE COMPANY

Join this award-winning social and market research agency, working across public policy and social research, where you will be responsible for some of the largest and highest-profile studies in the sector.

As an Associate Director, you will join one of their specialist mixed-method Community team, which covers their Social Housing, Work & Wellbeing and Charities work.

Your duties will include leading large-scale, complex projects in the UK, whilst managing others on the team, overseeing timescales and budgets as well as delivering outputs that offer valuable advice. You can expect to help organisations and the government better understand the work and welfare system, and promote the health and well-being of employees as well as the general public. Another area of focus is assisting housing providers and businesses to solve sector-related challenges.

KEY DUTIES

• As an Associate Director, you will be the main client contact whilst managing complex large-scale projects, from commissioning to final delivery.
• Communicate with and manage client expectations and relationships, establishing new ones where possible to continue business growth
• Keep up to date with sector-relevant changes and developments
• Support and manage members of the team as well as manage 3rd party suppliers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant experience in social research, with expert sector knowledge
• Able to manage research teams alongside qualitative projects effectively, able to draw out insightful recommendations
• Experience in delivering strong proposals and developing client relationships
• Work well in a team and independently
• Able to communicate effectively with the team members, clients and 3rd party suppliers
