The Company:

An award-winning research and strategy consultancy who specialise in behavioural science research are looking for a qualitative focussed Associate Director to join their team. They work across a broad range of sectors and in this particular role your time will be split between working on social projects as well as more commercial based projects for a number of household name brands.

The Role:

• Work on multiple ad-hoc projects simultaneously which will include a varied range of clients and projects sizes.
• Apply qualitative approaches including discussion and topic guide writing, Depth interviews, focus group moderation, carrying out analysis, to pull out key insights from the findings, writing reports and then presenting the results to the clients
• Contribute to and lead on proposal writing.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients to ensure best possible delivery of projects.

The Candidate:

• You will have experience and knowledge of designing and carrying out qualitative research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• Experience or an interest in behavioural research.
• A proven track record of using qualitative methodologies for research including depth interviews, focus groups, online communities, report writing and presenting findings to clients.
• Excellent organisational skills, project management and strong communication skills will mean that you can quickly build up relationships with your clients and enable you to deliver high level research and insight programmes to them
• Your experience and passion for research will enable you to quickly grasp an in-depth understanding of the clients and the type of projects you will be working on.
