SALARY: £45k - £60k DOE

They are currently looking to recruit for an Associate Director, who has experience in or is looking to work projects within the consumer sector for a variety of clients.

KEY DUTIES

• Taking a lead in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationships
• Manage and motivate project teams to ensure efficient and profitable research
• Being a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that the work delivered is something to be proud of

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience within quantitative research, with a passion for brand and communications
• Previous experience pro-actively growing existing accounts
• Previous experience developing and pushing more junior members of the team, helping drive progression
