They are currently looking to bring on an Associate Director level candidate, who has experience in or is looking to work projects within the social intelligence sector for a variety of clients.

KEY DUTIES

• Manage a strong and motivated account management and consulting team to support you in servicing the clients and retaining the business with the ability to upsell custom social intelligence projects.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across companies at senior levels
• Optimise platform usage, embed data and prove ROI of their social data and solution to clients to maximise retention.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in delivering ROI through excellent client service, embedding data and providing world-class consulting with social data
• Lots of experience working with social data to provide expert consulting to clients on innovation and strategic brand development
• Expertise with SaaS platforms and how it can be implemented and used to make sense of data
