Working across the consumer sectors in FMCG, Retail, Entertainment and others including Healthcare, they are able to support across a range of industries with their sector specialists.

All-in-all they are truth-tellers, cutting to the chase to tell their clients exactly what they need to know and tell it how it is.

They are now looking to bring on a Associate Research Director to be accountable for the smooth running of research projects, with a focus on all things brand, consumer and product.

Key duties

• As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for successfully managing projects and clients, ensuring insights are delivered to deadlines and budget
• Be able to prioritize tasks and act as a dualist, managing fieldwork, briefings and the delivery of high-quality outputs
• Be the main client account manager, delivering updates, suggesting ideas and responding to briefs
• Lead by example on projects, giving directions to junior members of the team
• Identify cost savings and efficiencies where possible

Skills & Experience

• As an Associate Director, you must be efficient in the delivery and management of quantitative projects end to end, with the ability to lead others
• Confident in client management and delivering impactful insights, always thinking of client retention and new opportunities
• Able to work as part of a small team and independently
• Confident in managing others in the team, providing guidance daily
