The company is a boutique research agency with a fantastic work environment and culture making you feel at home from day one. They are forward-thinking, focusing on a variety of sectors including consumer, utilities and media and working with clients such as Sky, Tesco and B&C.

They offer a variety of research solutions including audience understanding, brand tracking and product/concept testing. They are now looking for an experienced qualitative Senior Research Manager / Associate Director to join their exciting team.

They follow a flexible working pattern blending 2 days' work from their spectacular Central London offices and 3 days working from home, once restrictions are lifted.

About the role

• End-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of qual projects
• Demonstrating creative thinking with project winning proposals
• Manage and develop more junior staff members

About you

• Strong qual research background
• Confident in at all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work in partnership with clients as well as develop more junior researchers
