**Role Overview:**
As an Audience Development Manager/Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving communication initiatives and cultivating relationships with investment professionals. From overseeing digital campaigns to leading a team, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee communication to professional audiences through various channels.
- Manage Client Project Communications from brief to delivery, ensuring quality assurance.
- Forecast, plan, manage, and report on Marketing Communications budget.
- Lead the Audience Development Team in planning and executing targeted digital campaigns.
- Develop long-term strategies for audience development and channel success.
- Mentor and coach the in-house Audience Development team.
- Build relationships and grow the database of investment professionals.
- Engage with the audience to develop ideas, features, and editorial collaborations.
- Utilize market intelligence to drive research projects and improve services.
- Promote ETF Stream products to the audience.
- Recruit relevant delegates for events and engage with attendees.
- Stay updated on industry news and collaborate with other areas of the business.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in audience development and digital marketing, ideally in an Investment/Asset Management publisher marketing background.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software (e.g., Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Act-On, Pardot).
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to lead and manage a small team (for Manager level).
- Willingness to travel regularly across London, the UK, and Europe.
