Business Development Manager.
- Location: London £50000 - £70000 per annum + Commission
📍 London (Remote - optional office days available)
A hyper-growth technology company is hiring a Business Development Manager to join its London-based hybrid team. This role is focused on driving revenue through a consultative, outcomes-led sales approach, owning the full sales cycle and positioning the platform as a long-term growth partner.
You'll work with mid-market advertisers, selling a full-funnel performance marketing platform and partnering closely with Product Specialists, Solutions, and Post-Sales teams to deliver long-term customer value.
What you'll do:
Own and consistently deliver against quarterly revenue targets
Build and manage pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting
Run a structured, consultative sales process focused on customer outcomes
Position the platform as a strategic partner, not a point solution
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong post-sale outcomes
What you'll bring:
4 years + quota-carrying sales experience in AdTech/MarTech
Strong consultative selling and commercial acumen
Experience with qualification frameworks (MEDDPIC, BANT, or similar)
Ownership mindset with strong storytelling skills
