My client is a global Media Agency and they are looking to hire a Business Director who will lead a team of 6-8 client service people and interact with the specialist teams to deliver optimal solutions for their clients.

The core role is to understand client needs and challenges, and implement a plan that maximises the opportunity to deploy the agencies services to help clients meet their business challenges.

Responsibilities include managing and aligning a team around client plans.

The role:

Client Profitability - ensure clients are meeting their profitability targets. Isolate any blockages that are impeding profitability targets and implement plans to remove blockages.

Client Development - Identify business development opportunities - use knowledge of the agencies products and services to influence and contribute to innovative and value drive solutions externally

Client Satisfaction - Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client stakeholders

Delivering Strategy and Implementation for Clients - oversee the delivery of best-in-class strategy and implementation to clients

Client Forecasting - Deliver accurate client revenue forecasts monthly

Team - manage an integrated and motivated team, ensuring that teams are skilled up and resourced appropriately for that client and supporting with up-skilling as required

Operational Finance - ensure the team deliver streamlined financial processes, minimising debt and maximizing working capital
