Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing new candidates for temporary and contract jobs, through the in-house database, Linked In, referrals and various job boards
• Placing job advertisements on various and appropriate job boards
• Registering candidates, updating information onto the database and shortlisting for suitable positions
• Ensuring all candidates are compliant with employment legislation
• Contacting clients to arrange interviews and sending CV's
• Building a network of candidates for assignments and managing a calendar of availability
• Working alongside internal account managers and senior consultants to fill long term contracts
• Handle all incoming candidate queries and respond in a timely and professional manner
