Are you a client-focused media professional ready to take the next step within a high-performing, independent and collaborative agency?

I am looking looking for an experienced client services professional to join the team as a Client Account Manager who thrives on delivering commercial impact, building strong relationships, and working across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will be the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns and outstanding service.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive commercial growth while maintaining strong client satisfaction
• Turn briefs into clear, actionable plans aligned to the client's campaign vision
• Manage resource planning and ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Lead client and internal meetings with clear expectations and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with Planning and Activation teams to maximise opportunities and ensure smooth campaign execution
• Coach and support junior team members while acting as a key client contact
• Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration across meetings, deliverables and workflow
• Align internal teams to client engagement plans and annual roadmaps
• Deploy specialists where required to support client communications

About you:

• 2-3 years' experience within a media or marketing agency
• Strong experience managing client relationships
• Experience overseeing or mentoring at least one colleague
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-aware, collaborative and committed to team success
• A genuine passion for media and its role in driving business performance
