Seeking an experienced Client Account Manager with strong client relations and organisational skills to handle all partnership content deliverables across our site and social channels with one of the UK's leading luxury digital destinations, editing the most influential fashion, beauty, interiors, travel, culture and entertainment news alongside insider guides to the latest on London's food and drink scene.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our partner brands, serving as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and those of our business to ensure that all elements of agreed campaigns are met.

This role requires acute attention to detail, high level organisation, the ability to communicate effectively and the seamless management of workflows, people and deadlines. The candidate will work in synergy with both the commercial, editorial and design teams internally in the delivery of exceptional website and social advertorial content.

Responsibilities

• Client liaison & client reporting
• New account onboarding
• Partnership pipeline & project management, partnership performance analysis, partnership troubleshooting & support
• Competitor insight & analysis
• Team weekly partnership briefings
