Client Leadership Business Director.

We are looking for a Client Leadership Business Director to lead the strategic planning and execution of media campaigns for one of the world's largest entertainment companies.

About the role:

• Provide additional planning resource on major campaigns and high priority titles for the client, ensuring that the media strategy is aligned with the client's objectives and the target audience's needs.
• Manage the overall planning process and map out the team workstreams across the year, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and expectations for each project.
• Lead the recruitment process for any additional staff.
• Act as the main point of contact for any major changes to the upcoming slate or other campaign forecasting, communicating effectively with the client and internal team.

The ideal candidate:

• Prior experience preferably in the entertainment sector.
• Proven track record of delivering successful media campaigns across digital and traditional channels that meet or exceed the client's goals and expectations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear and actionable media recommendations.
• Able to confidently take on conversations with senior clients and effectively collaborating with them.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence and credibility to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and environment.
• Leadership and management skills, with the experience and ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
