Client Partner.

The client is a full-service creative agency based in Shoreditch.

Founded in 2015, with now a headcount of 7, this small agency specialise in cultural strategy and activation, helping brands access and support creativity globally.

They are now looking to hire a Client Partner to play a pivotal role in nurturing and building key client relationships.

As Client Partner you will be responsible for revenue, client P&L, client planning, business development and business consulting for a range of clients.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team in the endless pursuit of growing existing partners and converting new growth opportunities.

Reporting to the Managing Partners, you will work with management to create an environment that proactively promotes collaboration and innovation and build a meritocratic culture that encourages ownership and excellence

You will also be instrumental in driving and moulding impactful campaigns and projects.

This is a full time permanent opportunity paying up to £75k basic salary, plus hybrid working 4 days in office and 1 day WFH per week

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain deep and mutually beneficial client relationships at a senior level
• Maintain and grow existing clients and play a leading role in developing and seeking new business opportunities
• Lead all elements of the agency's client relationships including negotiation, contracts, business development and be responsible for delegating to the broader agency management team.
• Own and execute the client development plans.
• Identify, engage, convert, and scale new opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Partner with discipline leads to create pitch-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
• Manage, build and motivate the client services team and lead the delivery of best practice. Lead on the development and mentoring of the team.

The Person

• At least 8 years of experience in an agency or ideally a creative agency
• Deep knowledge of cultural topics (for example music and fashion).
• Passion for client business, industry best practice and state-of-the-art communications
• Highly organised credible leader
• Understanding of multi-channel strategies and delivery,
• An excellent communicator with a very high standard of written and spoken English.
