Commercial Account Manager position with an International Publisher and Creative Media Company! The purpose of this role will be to coordinate the components of company events for B2B customers, in order for every customer to have a special, unforgettable experience and return for more!

Responsibilities Include:

• Taking ownership of the client experience throughout the entire event.
• Communicate with clients offering account management services, including gathering information, negotiating and closing deals, drafting contracts, creating invoices, and managing follow-up to events.
• Designing a marketing plans, including which channels to use, how much to spend, and what outcomes to anticipate.
• Being aware of the characteristics and advantages of the Product Portfolio and knowing how to use historical case studies of past customer events to increase sales.
• Clearly determine the client budget and sales potential by conducting in-depth research and qualifying leads and clients.
• Reach sales revenue targets in designated territory to meet annual sales goals for both the firm and the individual.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience within Sales and Account management selling to marketing, creative agencies, and brands.
• Strong understanding of how marketing campaigns are created
• Experience upselling and maximising new and existing customers
• CRM experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
• Proficient processing documentation and general sales admin
• Consultative Sales Approach
