Conference Producer.

Looking for a motivated and curious Conference Producer to join a globally respected, independent think tank at the intersection of economic policy, central banking, and financial markets. Through its specialist institutes, it delivers thought leadership via events, research, and member programmes.

The role involves designing and delivering high-level roundtables on key economic and policy issues, making it ideal for someone with experience in finance, economics or international affairs.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and secure high-level speakers for both in-person and virtual roundtables
• Support the programming team in planning and managing the events calendar
• Research key policy and economic themes to create compelling, timely agendas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with central banks, multilateral institutions, finance ministries, and financial regulators
• Accurately track meetings, speakers, and programme progress using Salesforce CRM and manage related administrative tasks efficiently
• Attend and support domestic and international events as required
• Contribute to the successful delivery of 25-30 high-level roundtables per year, each attended by senior financial and policy stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in conference production or event programming
• Background or experience in economics, finance, international relations, political economy, or a related field
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and diverse international audiences
• Highly organised, with strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant field
