.KEY DUTIES

• Drive business impact by influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and delivering strategic analysis for C-level conversations.
• Apply design thinking to craft compelling frameworks, presentations, and human-centred, feasible and attractive solutions.
• Conduct qualitative research (interviews, co-creation, guides), synthesise insights, and deliver polished, high-impact client outputs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong academic record, thinker-doer mindset, two years' experience in insights, research, design, or consulting.
• Skilled in qualitative methods, synthesising research, delivering clear reports, presentations; fluent English, excellent software skills.
• Entrepreneurial, detail-focused, adaptable leader with strong communication, pride in work, extra language fluency desirable.
