Are you a detail‑driven writer with a passion for luxury fashion? We're looking for an E‑commerce Product Content Specialist to join our agile Online Photostudio team. You'll create precise, compelling product content that enhances the customer journey and reinforces our brand as an authoritative destination for luxury retail.

About the Role

As part of our clients busy e‑commerce studio, you will craft high‑quality product descriptions across ready‑to‑wear, accessories, and fashion categories. Your writing will be clear, technically accurate, and consistently on brand helping customers make confident, informed purchasing decisions.

Working closely with stylists, photographers, product handling, production, and copy teams, you'll ensure every product goes live with best‑in‑class attributes, measurements, and details.

What You'll Do

• Write up to 65 accurate, technical product bullet points per day, supporting our position as a trusted luxury retail destination.
• Measure garments, identify fabrics, and demonstrate strong understanding of garment construction.
• Translate raw product data from Excel into polished, on‑brand product copy.
• Apply SEO principles to elevate product visibility and drive conversion.
• Partner with stylists, prep teams, photographers, and Brand Specialists to highlight key product features and USPs.
• Communicate efficiently with in‑house and freelance copy teams, responding quickly to updates and change requests.
• Work with Digital Operations to resolve product data or imagery discrepancies.
• Manage your own workload and deadlines within a cooperative, agile studio environment.

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working at pace within a high‑standards content, retail studio, or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, technical terminology, fabrics, and prints.
• Genuine passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the wider fashion retail landscape.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong research abilities and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CMS tools and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly organised, efficient, and self‑motivated, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm, focused, and adaptable in a fast‑moving studio environment.
