About your Technical Skills:

  • We require an experienced Customer Care Consultant with a strong understanding of ITIL processes, including roughly three years of Service Desk experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a software environment.
  • Proficiency in Jira/QMtry or equivalent test management software is essential.
  • We prefer candidates who hold a university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

  • Ability to learn rapidly with a general understanding of enterprise software and infrastructure technologies.
