About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Analyst to join a growing Strategy & Analytics function within a media agency environment.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, media performance, and analytics. You will analyse creative assets and media performance data, uncover insights across campaigns, and help bridge the gap between strategy and media execution.
You will be part of a six-person team structured into two specialist pods:
Creative Analyst Pod - Reporting, insight generation, data governance
Data & Analytics Pod - Technical analytics and advanced data work
This position focuses on performance insight and reporting rather than highly technical modelling.
Analyse creative assets and media performance across social and programmatic platforms
Identify trends and patterns within campaign data and translate them into actionable recommendations
Deliver accurate and insightful reporting
Maintain strong data governance standards and ensure data integrity
Act as a bridge between strategy teams and media activation teams
Work closely with account teams to meet campaign deadlines
Support innovation initiatives across AI-led creative and media projects
Contribute to best practice sharing across the analytics team
2-3 years' experience in a media agency, insights, or performance analyst role
Exposure to paid social and programmatic environments
Knowledge of Meta platform for performance analysis
Experience in campaign reporting and analytics (not required to be highly technical)
Strong Excel skills and confidence handling datasets
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable presenting insights
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop
