We're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join one of London's top agencies on a freelance basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a creative mindset to shape culturally relevant campaigns for high-profile brands.

You'll work closely with creatives, planners and account teams to develop insight-driven strategies that inform powerful, audience-led work. From pitch to delivery, your thinking will help drive creative that resonates.

Experience in influencer strategy is essential - you'll need a strong grasp of the creator landscape, platform trends, and how to effectively integrate talent into broader campaign strategies. Experience with CreatorIQ is desirable, but not essential.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a creative strategy role within a leading agency

• Solid background in influencer and creator-led strategy

• Understanding of CreatorIQ or similar platforms (desirable)

• Culturally curious with sharp audience insight and social fluency

• Strong narrative and brief-writing skills

• Confident presenting to internal teams and clients

• Collaborative, agile, and available to start immediately
