Creative Strategist.

I am recruiting for a data-driven Creative Strategist to join a growing Strategy Team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that power high-performing digital campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement data-driven creative strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Deliver performance-focused digital campaign strategies.
• Work with internal teams to integrate personalisation, ad serving and HTML5 creative capabilities.
• Stakeholder management, acting as a key contact for clients, media agencies, and creative partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships while ensuring clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Strong analytical focus, including designing measurement frameworks and analysing campaign performance data.
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations to optimise campaign results.
• High attention to creative quality, ensuring campaign assets meet visual, performance and brand standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years' experience in digital media, creative strategy, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including programmatic and/or social platforms.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with creative assets and data analysis.
• Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholders and client relationships.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Experience with social ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with ad serving, HTML5 creatives, or creative production workflows.
