Are you a commercially-minded data expert who thrives at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and technology? We're looking for a Data & Insights Analyst to join our Agile ecommerce team and help us unlock the full potential of our data to drive smarter decisions, better customer experiences, and stronger business outcomes.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Data Integration & Insight Generation
  Collaborate with our data and tech teams to manage and improve the data pipeline across our ecommerce platforms. Combine this with data from our MarTech stack (ETL processes) to generate insights that power segmentation and personalisation strategies.
• Commercial & Marketing Analytics
  Partner with marketing and promotional teams to develop geography-specific pricing algorithms that balance supply/demand with margin targets. Analyse customer acquisition channels and calculate ROI/attribution across platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and more.
• Customer Loyalty & Retention
  Work closely with internal marketing teams to enhance loyalty programmes, identifying key levers that drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value.
• Experimentation & Optimisation
  Design and report on A/B and multivariate testing programmes to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
• Dashboarding & Self-Service Tools
  Build intuitive, data-driven dashboards that empower teams to make informed decisions through self-service analytics.

🧠 What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a data-driven, commercially-focused analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and VBA.
• Experience with Power BI (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis (a plus).
• Experience working with ETL pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills - these will be rigorously tested.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
