.KEY DUTIES

• Lead advanced analytics on projects and advise clients on data science methods and infrastructure improvements.
• Expand data capabilities through AI, synthetic data, and strategic innovations to future-proof service offerings.
• Upskill team via training sessions, improving data literacy and best practices in analytics techniques

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Extensive data science experience in research settings, using advanced analytics like max-diff, KDA, conjoint, regression and segmentation techniques.
• Proficient in tools such as Python, SQL, SPSS, R, Q; skilled with survey, behavioural, and first-party data for insights.
• Strong communicator with analytical mindset; independently manages multiple projects and embraces innovation and new technologies.
