Delegate Sales Executive.

Our client, an events company specialising in MedTech, is looking to add 2 Delegate Sales Executives to their rapidly growing team!

This is an opportunity to join the friendly and social delegate sales team (full training provided) and drive forward sales bringing in UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible, hybrid working (3 days a week from their Uxbridge based office) and base salaries of £25-30K plus an additional £15-20K OTE.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients by telephone to ensure they are aware of future events, selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations
• Engaging with existing clients to secure ongoing meeting attendance and keep them up-to-date on the happening of the company
• Seeking our and recruiting new clients and helping to develop lasting relationships.
• Stay abreast of industry changes and key issues in all markets in which the business operates to be able to provide the best knowledge to clients.
• Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets to ensure success

The Person:

• Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience within B2B sales ideally within corporate event sponsorship
• You have a history of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
• Experience in development of new business
• Ability to generate own leads and comfortable preparing and making high volumes of outbound calls per day.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Needs to be highly self-motivated in achieving goals.
• Excellent team working skills.
