We are working with a global events company and they are currently recruiting for a Delegate Sales Executive here in Singapore to support delegate acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to c-level executives, government delegations and industry people within the events space.

Responsibilities:

Support delegate acquisition strategies to achieve attendance and revenue target
Prospect, engage, and secure C-level delegates, buyers and VIPs
Manage the delegate sales cycle from outreach through registration
Execute targeted sales campaigns with personalised engagement
Support structured meetings programs connecting buyers, exhibitors, investors, government delegations, and startups
Assist with onboarding and coordination of hosted buyer and government delegations
Work closely with marketing and content teams to strengthen delegate value propositions
Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for buyers and exhibitors
Assist in developing partnerships with industry associations, chambers, and business groups
Support initiatives that grow community engagement and expand delegate networks
Track delegate sales performance, meetings program progress, and engagement metrics
Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams to align event goals

Your Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in delegate sales, business development, or sponsorship sales (events, conferences, exhibitions preferred)
Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Interest in buyer programs, hosted buyer initiatives, and community partnerships
Ability to manage multiple events across Asian markets
Target-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. MS Dynamics or similar) will be a plus.
