KEY DUTIES

• Manage and optimise in-house PPC campaigns (Google Ads), with monthly budgets of several thousand pounds, focusing on performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and improve a large website, liaising with an external web agency and supporting CRO and site improvements.
• Use GA4 to analyse website and campaign performance, track leads, and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Produce high-quality written content including storytelling and newsletters.
• Coordinate with external SEO and web agencies, implementing recommendations as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or performance-led role.
• Hands-on experience with PPC/paid search (Google Ads) is required.
• Numerate and confident interpreting performance data to inform decisions.
• Familiar with GA4 and CMS platforms.
• Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
