The Job:
The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on all aspects of digital marketing, strategy, delivery of new products and growth of online audiences. Digital project management is a huge part of this role and you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of this, with an opportunity in time to grow the digital team, integrate the digital strategy across the organisation and establish the road map for website/CRM development.
Day to day:
- Develop and execute integrated content-led digital campaigns
- Ensure these campaigns are focused with clear KPIs to define and track performance
- Ongoing implementation will combine the best practise usage of the websites, SEO, PPC and selected email, social media and events
- Demonstrate good analytical skills
- Management of all internal and external third party tools and services
- Work with the editorial team to build and curate a pipeline of required content that is instrumental in raising brand awareness and driving the right traffic to the company websites
- Using digital insights and data to clearly develop the digital marketing plan
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within financial services or working across financial media
- Track record of conceiving, planning, and implementing digital campaigns that drive measurable lead generation and revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, content usage, and website best practises and their application
- Marketing systems and automation experience is essential
- HTML knowledge preferred
