The Role

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value digital projects. This is a client-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, understands the nuances of corporate communications, and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders.

You'll manage cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore), oversee project delivery from scope to launch, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, bespoke digital platforms for global corporate clients.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
• Build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and guide a team of project managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Balance Agile and Waterfall methodologies to suit client needs.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists across global teams.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and reporting are consistently applied.

• Experience delivering structured, content-heavy websites or digital platforms for corporate or professional services clients.
• Strong background in project leadership, and huge bonus points for anyone in a digital consultancy or with experience around corporate comms.
• Proven ability to manage £2m+ budgets and lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication skills able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical, senior audiences.
• Understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Sitecore) and how dev teams operate.
• Formal project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, CSM) are a plus.
