As the Digital Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that shape digital creative strategy and showcase performance impact. This is a perfect opportunity for a curious, analytically minded individual who enjoys blending creativity with data to influence decision-making and innovation.
The Role
- Create and implement strategies that connect client goals with media plans and audience insights.
- Turn performance data into practical recommendations and establish measurement frameworks to evaluate success.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, offering clear communication and strategic guidance.
- Combine analytical insight with creative execution to ensure campaigns are on-brand, visually effective, and engaging.
- Monitor shifts in the digital media landscape, including programmatic, social, and new platforms, and adjust approaches accordingly.
- Support product development by applying campaign learning and sharing expertise on AI, automation, and digital creativity.
The Candidate
- 4+ years' experience in either a digital planning or digital strategy position
- Knowledge of programmatic and/or social media platforms
- Familiarity with creative production and DCO campaigns
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a good grasp of statistics
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling
