Backed by prominent deep tech investors and event entrepreneurs, the company has recently closed its first funding round and is now focused on scaling its commercial operations and launching the MVP of its platform.
As Chief Revenue Officer (or Head of Revenue, depending on seniority), you will own the commercial strategy and revenue growth of a fast-scaling deep tech platform and event services business. This role offers the rare opportunity to build, lead, and scale a commercial function at the heart of Europe's innovation ecosystem.
The Architect (First 6 Months)
Immerse yourself in the organisation's ecosystem to refine its value proposition.
Lead the creation of the revenue pipeline for the flagship 2026 event, focusing on securing and expanding key enterprise partnerships.
Act as the primary driver of financial growth and lay the foundation for scalable revenue streams.
The Conductor (Next 12-18 Months)
Transition from hands-on business development to strategic leadership.
Build and mentor a small, high-performing commercial team.
Design scalable frameworks for partnership, sponsorship, and platform revenue.
Optimise the marketplace flywheel and identify new opportunities for exponential growth.
The Legacy (Beyond 24 Months)
Shape the long-term commercial strategy, including monetisation models, geographic expansion, and platform revenue diversification.
Play a key role in defining the company's future direction as it becomes a central hub for Europe's deep tech ecosystem.
3-5+ years of commercial or revenue leadership experience, ideally in B2B, events, or innovation ecosystems.
Proven success closing five- and six-figure enterprise deals and navigating corporate procurement processes.
Strong network across startups, investors, and corporate innovation teams.
Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex partnership lifecycles.
Analytical, strategic, and comfortable operating in high-velocity, high-service environments.
Experienced in developing top-funnel corporate and service provider partnerships.
Deep interest in Deep Tech verticals such as Energy, Defence, Robotics, Advanced Materials, Space, Future Computing, and AI.
Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a self-starter mindset and strong ownership mentality.
