Email & CRM Coordinator
Location:
Central London

What we are looking for:
We are seeking an Email & CRM Coordinator to join our client and support the implementation of CRM initiatives. This role is crucial in driving engagement, loyalty, and profitable growth, contributing significantly to key business KPIs for our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and deploy newsletters and SMS across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all newsletters before sending them to ensure accurate template responsiveness across devices and email providers.
  • Coordinate copy translations with the translation agency, ensuring deadlines are met for translation submissions.
  • Optimize and refresh triggered campaigns to align with seasonal relevance and key content moments.
  • Report on newsletter and trigger campaigns to ensure optimal engagement and conversion for all subscribers across various markets.
  • Collaborate with the regional performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging of campaigns and promotions across all channels, maximizing overall KPIs with a focus on traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to support subscriber growth through data acquisition campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Email Marketing, ideally within the fashion
  • Preferable experience working with Email Service Platforms, with knowledge of Adobe Campaign.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and Attribution Models.
  • Experience in digital visual presentation, either through studies or practical experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively.
  • Fashion awareness and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
