Event Manager - Exhibitions.

We have a current opportunity for a Event Manager - Exhibitions on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London.

About the client:

The client is a global market leader in producing business conferences, exhibitions, and award ceremonies, creating world class solutions for clients & business partners. They curate events that stimulate the brain, spur creativity and facilitate meetings.

About the role of an Event Manager - Exhibitions:

The Event Manager will co-ordinate and manage the logistics & quality of events (mainly exhibitions) to ensure cost-effective, well-run events which provide customers with a truly great experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the production and sales teams to create the event schedule
• Manage the event budget making sure the event is commercially viable
• Manage third party suppliers such as venue AV and logistics
• Set up and manage exhibition floor plan
• On event day manage sponsors and exhibitors
• Arrange exhibition materials

About you:

• Must have large exhibition experience
• Good attention to detail
• Event Management experience- minimum 18 months
• Excellent project management skills
• Good communication skills
