Event Producer.

We're seeking an experienced Event Producer to join a fast-growing, award-winning creative agency delivering high-end live, virtual, and hybrid experiences for global brands.

You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding events from concept to completion, balancing creativity, logistics, client management, and budget control. You should be a natural project leader, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and passionate about creating impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver events end-to-end, from brief through planning to on-site execution and debrief.

• Lead internal teams and external suppliers to ensure cohesive, high-quality project delivery.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics across multiple live, virtual, and hybrid projects.

• Act as the main client point of contact, maintaining strong communication and trusted relationships.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate client goals into creative, strategic event solutions.

Preferred Previous Experience

• Proven agency-side experience delivering complex events for major brands.

• Strong background in project and budget management across varied event formats.

• Confident working with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and content.

• Experience managing international event logistics and client expectations.

• Track record of leading events from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
