Event Sales Coordinator.

Are you an experienced event sales coordinator from brief to execution? This one's for you!

Our client, an events venue and organiser, is looking to add an Event Sales Coordinator to their Central Birmingham based team.

This is an opportunity to secure and deliver a range of income-generating events.

You'll be developing and building relationships as well as delivering events for new and existing customers. Events vary from corporate and private event hire, conference and banqueting through to cultural initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, fully office based from their Central Birmingham office and salaries of up to £28K.

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into bookings, ensuring event details are accurately recorded
• Produce written quotations and contracts
• Provide information about the events offering including layout and services
• Arrange for catering, security and cleaners from nominated suppliers at each event
• End to end operations and logistics management

The Person:

• Experience within Events, conference and banqueting
• Experience of live event management and coordination
• Comfortable handling up to 30-40 inbound leads per day
• You'll have a degree in a related subject (Business, marketing, administration, events or leisure)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
