About the role of a Event Sales Director:

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the delivery of and event across the energy portfolio. This is a crucial time for the energy industry as it rapidly adapts and evolves to meet net-zero ambitions across the globe as part of the energy transition.

Now in its 20th year, the event has previously been run as a conference and in 2022, an exhibition was launched alongside the event.

• Launch and deliver the exhibition
• Manage key accounts and direct sales
• Promote best practice in sales
• Identify new leads and develop existing relationships
• Own the sales management process
• Build robust pipelines - exhibition/sponsorship and delegates
• Build effective sponsorship proposals
• Create and lead on sales strategy
• Recruit and manage a team of sales executives

About you:

• 5 years experience managing exhibitions/ conferences
• Experience in building a sales strategy
• Able to manage a team
