JOB TITLE: Fieldwork Support Manager
SALARY: $65k - $70k DOE
LOCATION: Remote - US Based

THE COMPANY

We are representing a privately owned specialist market research firm serving the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, including diagnostics, digital health, and precision medicine. The company helps clients at every stage, from early concept testing to post-market clinical data collection, delivering projects worldwide through an experienced, dedicated team.

They are currently looking to bring on a passionate Fieldwork Support Manager, you will be integral to the end-to-end delivery of qualitative projects.

KEY DUTIES

• Complete contracts, confidentiality, GDPR, onboarding documents with clients and vendors, finalize costs, commissions, agreements.
• Lead vendor onboarding calls, review respondent profiles, ensure quota alignment, scheduling, and recruitment progress daily.
• Send interview invites, save recordings, finalize documents, complete project close tasks, and prepare evaluation forms.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experienced in junior roles, managing project logistics, timelines, troubleshooting, and supporting operational aspects of studies.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication skills, liaising confidently with suppliers and internal stakeholders efficiently.
• Skilled negotiator, managing supplier relationships, familiar with market research operations, compliance, GDPR, and client regulations.
