Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Researcher/AD to join our client's team for a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering evaluation and impact assessment projects, with a deep understanding of developing logic models. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fantastic client side business on a wide range of projects that make a real difference in the world.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage complex evaluation and impact assessment projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and refine logic models to guide the evaluation process and measure impact.
* Design and implement data collection methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
* Analyse data and produce insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project success.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and project staff.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in social research and evaluation.

Qualifications:

* Proven expertise in developing logic models and using them to guide evaluations.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with statistical analysis software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working in social research and evaluation, preferably in a senior role.
* Prior experience delivering evaluation services for Government departments, International Development organisations, or charities is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
