Their Futures experts collaborate with FMCG giants, family-owned brands and start-ups, exploring the big shifts that are shaping our lives, informing and inspiring thinking world-wide.

Key duties

• Own several client relationships across iconic, up and coming and challenger brands
• Lead and educate the wider business about trends and insights
• Evolve and build the futures insight and innovation offer, building on current approaches, reinforcing effectiveness
• Interpret category and consumer insights, whilst developing and leading project work and innovation programs

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role, working within insights and innovation
• Able to lead and manage a team through the innovation journey, upskilling where needed
• A keen interest in and understanding of brands and consumer behaviour across a range of categories and communication channels, such as retail, digital and advertising
• Able to see patterns in insights and data, whilst being able to understand and distil what they mean
