🎯 What you'll actually be doing:

• Managing paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook)

• Uploading and checking ad content before it goes live 🔍

• Setting budgets, tracking performance, and optimising campaigns to hit goals

• Weekly reports that don't put people to sleep (insights > info dumps)

• Helping build post-campaign reports with actionable takeaways

🧠 What they're looking for:

• Someone who loves all things digital, social, and data-driven

• You've got a sharp eye, are a natural problem-solver, and not afraid to speak up with ideas

• Solid Excel skills (or at least not scared of spreadsheets 😅)
