The Company

An well respected market research agency who specialise in a variety of sectors including Finance, Tech, Media, Public & Travel are looking for a Graduate Research Executive to join their team. This is essentially a 6-12 month Graduate scheme after which you will be promoted into the research team as a fully fledged Research Executive.

This is a qualitative focussed role in which you will be given training and exposure to a variety of methodologies and techniques as well as being given the autonomy to manage field projects.

This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate who may have recently completed a bachelor's or masters degree that has a research element to it and wants to put this into practice in a commercial setting.

The Role

• To manage and oversee qualitative field projects, in accordance with ISO 20252, GDPR and company quality standards, within budgeted costs
• To attend project briefings with Research Executives, set up a Field project file and ensure that copies of relevant screeners, instructions and associated materials are circulated to Recruiters in a timely manner
• Brief external field force, co-ordinating workloads and obtaining progress updates. To assist with the management of the field force and quality control performance
• To monitor job progress throughout the fieldwork period and regularly update Field Manager and Research Executives
• To deal with job-related queries in a timely manner and to identify possible solutions to fieldwork problems. To discuss solutions with Field Manager as appropriate.

The Candidate

• You will need to demonstrate a genuine desire to start a career within Market Research.
• Ideally educated to degree level or higher in a relevant subject that has a research element to it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving intellectual ability, creative and analytical thinker
