Job Title: Support Analyst

**The Role:**
As a Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximise the potential of their highly configurable and sophisticated software platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting system and user issues
- Addressing customer queries and concerns regarding the software system
- Providing guidance on system functionality and configuration
- Collaborating with clients to tailor the software to their specific needs
- Identifying opportunities for service enhancements
- Participating in testing new software releases
- Conducting on-site visits to analyse client requirements and identify improvement opportunities

- Relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel)
