Are you a strategic leader in Ad Operations looking for your next challenge?

I am looking for an experienced Ad Operations specialist to join an independent and global agency as a Head of Ad Operations, to drive operational excellence, optimize campaign performance, and lead a high-performing team in one of our key growth markets.

You will possesses a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization strategies. You will have exceptional operational leadership skills, a keen analytical mindset, and a track record of building and scaling high-performing ad ops teams.

Your Impact:

  • Lead & Scale - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Ad Operations team.
  • Execute & Optimize - Oversee campaign execution and performance across digital platforms.
  • Innovate & Improve - Develop best practices, workflows, and automation to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate & Strategize - Work closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to enhance campaign execution and drive business growth.
  • Analyze & Report - Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns, exceed KPIs, and maximize revenue.
  • Solve & Streamline - Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve operational workflows.

About You:

  • 7+ years of Ad Operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CM360, and Google Campaign Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge of Programmatic technologies, ad servers, DSPs and SSPs
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of scaling high-performing teams
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and executive leadership
