🚀 We're Hiring: Head of Content - Defence & Security Portfolio
📍 Location: London, UK | 💼 Permanent | 💷 Up to £67,000 + 25% bonus
✈️ Travel: Must be willing to travel internationally, including regions in conflict

Are you an experienced content leader with a passion for creating engaging, thought-provoking programmes for senior stakeholders? We're looking for someone to take ownership of content across a global defence and security events portfolio.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to deliver content that inspires, informs, and positions our events as sector leaders. From conferences and exhibitions to digital platforms, your work will have impact at the highest levels.

What you'll do:
📝 Develop and deliver a global content strategy aligned with commercial and engagement objectives
🤝 Collaborate with military, government, and industry experts to design compelling content
🎬 Lead internal teams and external agencies to produce multimedia assets
📊 Provide data-driven recommendations and manage production schedules
📣 Support marketing campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and social media strategies
🎤 Recruit senior speakers from the MOD, embassies, and host nations
🌱 Mentor and develop the content team, promoting creativity and collaboration

What we're looking for:
✅ Proven experience in content development and conference production
✅ Strong leadership with a record of delivering content strategies
✅ Experience engaging with senior government or military stakeholders
✅ Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to inspire teams and stakeholders with clear, compelling messaging
✅ Commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable presenting to senior officials and industry leaders
✅ Organised, decisive, and capable under pressure

Additional requirements:
⚠️ Must be comfortable attending defence and security events, including in conflict regions
💷 Salary is fixed at £67,000 plus bonus
