Head of Creative - Luxury Hospitality Group
Salary: Up to £90,000
Location: London (On-site with some travel across venues) 5 DAYS A WEEK
Type: Full-time, Permanent
This role does not offer remote working.
A leading luxury hospitality group is looking for a Head of Creative to lead brand storytelling, campaigns and content across its portfolio of high-end venues.
This role requires a conceptual thinker and hands-on creative leader who can develop big ideas while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver high-impact visual content - particularly across video, social and experiential.
✨ What you'll be doing:
Own and evolve the brand's visual identity and creative direction.
Develop 360° campaigns, content and activations across seasonal, brand and partnership work.
Lead content creation across video, photography, digital, social and in-venue experiences.
Oversee creative production from concept to final delivery.
Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team (design, video, copy, production).
Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Operations and Culinary teams to ensure creative supports commercial goals.
✨ What we're looking for:
7+ years in creative leadership (in-house or agency) within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
Strong portfolio of brand campaigns, video-led storytelling and social-first content.
Confident leading shoots, creative teams and external partners.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite / video tools (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut).
A visionary who balances creativity with commercial impact.
