• Manage the performance of the delegate sales teams in line with agreed KPIs
• Monitor career growth and development of the sales team by encouraging internal promotion, mentorship, and coaching of the team members
• Generate sales whilst displaying to the team how to exceed targets
• Implement the sales strategy

About you:

• 4-5 years experience in B2B sales
• Experience in a leadership position
• Lead from the front
