About the role of Head of Delegates Sales:
The Head of Delegate Sales will be responsible for generating revenue, ensuring the team meet their targets and driving the implementation of the sales strategy.
- Manage the performance of the delegate sales teams in line with agreed KPIs
- Monitor career growth and development of the sales team by encouraging internal promotion, mentorship, and coaching of the team members
- Generate sales whilst displaying to the team how to exceed targets
- Implement the sales strategy
About you:
- 4-5 years experience in B2B sales
- Experience in a leadership position
- Lead from the front
