As the Head of Digital Performance, you will lead the next phase of growth across digital, paid media, and performance marketing. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution, this is a high-impact role for someone who blends data-driven thinking with strong commercial acumen.
The Role:
- Developing and leading ROI-focused, data-led performance strategies
- Owning the digital media roadmap across search, display, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate
- Leading and mentoring a growing team of digital and performance specialists
- Aligning performance, strategy, and creative teams for integrated campaign delivery
- Acting as a senior strategic partner to clients, offering best-in-class guidance
- Leading pitch strategy for new business and showcasing ROI-driven thinking
- Defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, and delivering insights to C-level clients
The Candidate:
- 10+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in performance-focused roles
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership position, ideally within an agency
- Expertise across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and Affiliate
- Deep experience with analytics and tracking platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio)
- A commercial mindset with strong forecasting and budget planning skills
- Clear, confident communication skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to shape agency direction and offerings
- Can commute and work in central London for team days and client meetings
